MBR flat membrane
The MBR flat membrane module consists of a membrane element box (upper part) and an aeration box (lower part). The membrane element box is equipped with membrane elements connected to the water collection pipe through hoses, and the aeration box is equipped with aeration pipes. Each membrane element can be inserted and removed separately for easy maintenance. The core component of MBR is a high-performance submerged membrane module. Due to its negative pressure suction filtration method, the operating energy consumption is reduced by 80% -90% compared to the separated membrane module using pressure filtration method. The flat membrane module has a simple structure, and during operation, under the mixing and flushing of aeration airflow and sewage, the membrane surface is not easy to scale and sludge, ensuring the stable operation of the membrane in the system.
Working principle
MBR, consisting of membrane module units (ultrafiltration membranes or microfiltration membranes), is a new and efficient wastewater treatment and reuse process that combines the efficient separation technology of membranes with biodegradation. Replacing the secondary sedimentation tank, all suspended solids and colloids are separated and intercepted by the membrane. The membrane separation process increases the concentration of activated sludge in the aeration tank, improves the rate of biodegradation, and reduces the discharge of excess sludge.
